Covering letter: The questionnaire administrated in the research should be accompanied by a covering letter which explains the purpose of the Survey Research and Questionnaire. Research by Edwards et al.(2002) has shown that the messages contained in a self-administrated questionnaire’s covering letter will affect the response rate.

Introducing the questionnaire: At the beginning of the questionnaire, the need of educators to complete the survey is concisely given at the top. It contains clear unbiased title, which conveys the topic of the questionnaire.

Content: The questionnaires can contain only closed ended items or both open ended and closed ended questions. The questions had options along with it where the answers are marked in relevant boxes by the participants.

Closing of the questionnaire: The questionnaire should ends with a thank you note to the participants in the present study.
